SYD708 high-speed band saw machine is mainly used for cutting aluminium alloy cylinder head and other aluminium alloy casting risers of automobile engine. Because the linear speed of high-speed band saw is 10 times higher than that of ordinary band saw machine, the efficiency of cutting non-ferrous metals such as aluminium and copper is increased about 10 times.


The high-speed bandsaw has the following remarkable characteristics:

1. The linear speed of the saw band and the feed speed of the slide (hydraulic slide or servo feed slide) are set by the program. According to the different structure of the saw cut-off surface, the speed of the saw band and the feed speed of the slide are adjusted to achieve the best match.
